aiSysMet: AI-Powered Platform for Systems Metabolomics

aiSysMet is an AI-powered platform for analyzing metabolomics data and integrating multi-omics and imaging data. The platform includes four packages: (1) MetCraft for data processing including peak detection from LC-MS metabolomics data; (2) MetaboQuest for metabolite annotation via spectral matching and compound fingerprint prediction; and (3) ImgCraft for analyzing medical imaging data; and (4) IntSys for biomarker discovery and systems biology research through integrative analysis of multi-omics and imaging data. Users can import data and choose modules implemented in these packages to build pipelines that run on a remote machine through a web browser.
